Stitch In Public "SIP" Day

Have a thirst to learn? Or just want to come out and "SIP!" Bring your handwork, be it knitting, sewing, tatting, quilting, crocheting and stitch away! Knitting and Crocheting lessons will be available. Weather permitting we'll be outside. Sponsored by the Oak Park and Near West Suburbs Chapter of Project Linus. Project Linus is a national charitable organization which collects new, handmade blankets for children (age 0 - 18) who are in need of the comfort and security that a blanket can provide.
